Dammit Man!

Let those who would love you -
love you!
Let those who need your love -
have it!
At the end of the day there is no rhyme
or reason,
there is no ledger of accounts paid
or unpaid.
There is only this love
shrouding us like a mist,
drenching us like a downpour,
warming our souls like the sun,
flowing alongside us like the river.

When we let the light of love shine through us
we know what it means to live forever.
We know love because we are love.

There is no need to fear love,
rather only the absence of love.
If we do not love
surely we will not live.

I pray today God open my heart.
Let the love pour through me
that I may share and receive it from others.
