What brings me balance?
Breath
breath
breath
as many deep breaths

Remembering
what it’s like
to be held by my parents
to be held in liminal space
to be held in the arms of God
where there is nothing
nothing to hold onto
nothing between me
and everything else
unique but made of
the same exact stuff:
love.
