If I spoke to you of happiness you’d immediately grasp my meaning. But if I exalted the gift of hardship we may never start agreeing. Hard feelings are like the words you can’t rhyme. They go nowhere unless you speak them in prose. Our feelings often become the buried foundation of our fortress. Just remember no structure can support the weight of time. It is better we tell our secrets while wandering in the wilderness.
