Don’t make it too tight. Leave a little slack, maybe some room to breathe and some more room to move. Where there’s no slack even steel becomes brittle and causes bridges to fall. Life requires slack to absorb those heavy rains which make the flowers grow. You will most appreciate slack when you come to need it in a slightly bigger belt or forgiveness of your faults.
