Please Come Down
1. As a child I’d climb small trees. Within my easy reach every branch became the rung of an exciting ladder inviting me to venture higher, to an entirely new view of this world. 2. Today I see a lot of people also climbing. They go up ladders leading nowhere, and soon become lost in the clouds. There’s nothing to see and nowhere to go, yet they still refuse to come down. 3. You wouldn’t let thieves count your money. So why would you allow a dishonest man to plant your flower garden? Could this be why you refuse to go outside - afraid the vines will overtake you? 4. Please come down from the clouds. Tend and sow your own garden. Let love show you which plants will bloom and which trees have the best views.
