The details don’t matter to me anymore. Old fireworks, bursts of energy in my mind and body, explode in strange narratives, colorful dreams. They are a fading light, and then they are gone. The sulfur smell lingers, then is blown away. My lifetime a blip in the cycle. How can anything matter more than my belonging?
