I have strayed further down the road of mystery and chagrin than I would’ve liked, and would’ve endeavored on my own. The armies of a king or queen first stop to winter, then realize they lack the will to fight on. Is it the first signs of Spring to recognize my change of heart and wanting to become shade-giving, like the tall trees I now rest against?
