More Loving
I can be it.
I don’t worry
– too much.
There’s so much more
than what I see,
hear, taste, touch and smell.
The world –
this world-is too big,
the days too many,
and my back not strong enough
to carry God’s knowing.
Even when I lay
down deep in the mud
I see only
what a human would see.
So I say a prayer
I believe is the same prayer
God prays,
that I may forever become
more loving.
