I no longer wonder how to make love. I just do it perfectly, imperfectly, patiently. I love with every breath, through every cracking joint, in my pain, in my joy. I reach out to this world in love. It is my practice; some nights so easy, others days so hard. When it feels as though love is breaking my back I can smile, even relax, for I know that I was created by love to go forth in love. And wherever I stumble, God lifts me up with love.
