Glittering Blackness

My lust has no bottom.
It goes on forever,
either into the light,
or into the dark.

My memory goes deeper,
and even further back
than my limited imagination,
which can only comprehend
the world it knows.

I wash my face,
my hands,
and my whole body
with the flowing blood
of ten million years.

My life goes on,
so I bear down
biting my swollen lips
with the yellow ivory
grown inside my mouth.

The going gets tougher,
but my vision becomes clearer.
There’s must be a magnet
right beneath this ground
pulling me forward.

Why are the mountains
chasing me towards the sea?
I wanna live forever.
So this is how it goes?
