Already Here
At some point in our lives all that exists is good enough. That’s the moment we awake and realize perfection, seemingly just out of our reach, is actually impossible, and that the greatest divine favor might be to die in our sleep. Now that you and I are awake and fully aware of life’s vagaries, let’s try staying alert, though still not too aware, we cannot attend to all of our responsibilities. Our work, your work and my work, is whatever is placed before us. So let’s do the best we can, while we’re forever dreaming of a perfection never to come.
