A Prayer for the Imperfect

What if I have forgotten all the wrong things?

My belovedness...
My own ability to love...
The beauty of becoming...
The creative spirit,
ever mysterious,
ever at work,
in light and in shadow...

I pray for peace in my heart
and for peace of mind.
I pray my limited comprehension,
not limit my happiness,
nor my capacity to love this world.
