Time to Laugh
There is no one way to do something. You laugh. But I must remind myself often. When I was a child I was given the dead-end idea perfection is near godliness, and this godliness the goal of all humanity. So now it’s my turn to let go, to laugh at myself and at this world. My life requires little more than patience and forgiveness, which through daily practice and a divine alchemy, becomes love. My resentment is weakening. It cannot live outside my head. I enjoy watching it march out the door, one l-e-t-t-e-r at a time.
