There is joy inherent in being, in simply breathing, flying, crawling, singing, blossoming, or in whatever it is each one of us does. I must not forget this joy, which I easily identify with an elemental innocence, yet not child-like or naive. Joy is the manifestation of exuberance and gratitude for the gift and mystery that is my life.
