Spiritual Journey
The greatest adventure is not to the top of Everest, nor a round-trip to Mars. Rather it’s a spiritual journey, and there are empty trains departing in that direction every second of every day. Few go willingly on a spiritual journey, though others board enthusiastically. Just know it’s a lonely road, while not unpeopled. Your own lost soul will join with others, stumbling barefoot along broken stones through unfamiliar territory. No travel agent will be on call to provide you a detailed itinerary. And any ticket or passport required has been in your pocket all along. One last thing before you go, there will be no triumphant return. The only evidence of progress will be your change of heart.
