Real Wild Mind
On sunny mornings the pines cast long shadows while the oaks spill theirs thick and wide. Then at noon all shadows become small, anticipating a glorious future in the golden dusk, or the misty dawn. You can fell a tree, you can even fell a man, but you can do nothing about those celestial bodies which push and pull your shadow in subconscious rhythm with your wild mind. Watch as the morning color retreats during high noon, only to return just before nightfall. Become aware of your color now waiting and lurking, hidden by the dark.
