No Need Unsatisfied
I asked for water and I got a river. I asked for beauty and I received the wilderness. I asked for warmth and the sun gave me fire. I asked for serenity and was given the night sky. The Creator laughs at my wanting. For no need is ever unsatisfied, no desperate plea ignored. Desire is the beginning of life, the yearning of love to be manifest in the infinite substances of our life. My deepest longings can never be fulfilled in the silo of my ego. I must let my needs lead me to the very limits of my own resourcefulness, where they will then unlock a generous abundance.
