My Soul is Sticky
My soul is sticky. What a bizarre yet comforting discovery! Suddenly I find my soul, with all its wonderful oddity, as a strange substance, forever searching the landscape for something else to stick to. My soul has a heartbeat which is keeping rhythm with the master timekeeper from galaxies unknown. If I listen to my soul, it helps me to keep pace with the flow of this day. My soul is also soft and furry, save for a few patches where it’s cold and prickly. My soul likes to be held, but not too tightly. And it really likes to be shared, with everybody—no exceptions. My soul is sweet and chocolatey, warming like whiskey and fire, colorful like a garden in bloom, enduring like rocks in a desert. How odd my little soul— a sorcerer’s satchel connecting me to this Universe!
