Lessons in a Good Week
This is what I learned in a good week: It’s okay to follow a friend, she may show you something new. There is time enough for everything, so long as time is made for what really matters. Give your gifts freely to others, while allowing others to give their gifts to you. Keep moving your body, so it will always be able to carry you. Let go often, so you may remain surrendered. Lean into your pain, that you may learn its meaning. Love yourself, and love others. Forgive yourself, and forgive others. Be patient with yourself, and be patient with others. At the end of each day, as you close your eyes to rest, allow the intense light of your being to go dark, knowing this is the way of God.
