I'm Not Impossible
I don’t know what I thought would happen.
I’m tired of being tired and unsatisfied.
Nothing will ever satisfy me;
I know this because she told me.
There’s a place in each of us, deeper than any ocean,
where the undertow is so powerful
we are all moved beneath the surface.
My heart is full.
I love and am loved,
this I never forget.
Still I’m searching for the kind of fullness
a man my age knows
comes only from within.
I got the message clearly:
If life was easy everyone would live in bliss.
Still, how much is grace and how much action?
