Having fallen, so far and so long, I believe I’d forgotten how to stand tall. This very moment, the desire to straighten my back, and to lift my head to the light, brings me renewed energy and purpose. Though now aware of my brokenness, I can again carry my weight on my own two feet, with a sincere joy, and profound love for my life.
