Crazy in the Night
I know I know we come and go, first in ones and twos, then in threes and fours we pour through Earth’s heavenly doors. Some go left and some go right, but none of this matters in the night. When the stars shine bright above our heads, this is the hour to listen to the dead. Words that begin in a simple breeze, will soon swell to shake the trees. What is it in the bullfrog’s bellow which makes the pond serene and mellow? And how can anything compare to one, two, three, four souls laid bare? Look inside, but not through a mirror, here exists the you - you must share.
