Cliché
Nothing falls with a greater thud than a cliché so abused it has become immune to sarcasm. I’m talking to you white man- your wealth, your wars, your traditions, your sense of entitlement, your indifference to others, your anger, your sadness, your insatiable desires, and your inability to touch or to be touched. I know you all too well. I am you no longer. I am tired and I am frightened. Still I am ready to just let go of all those things which have made me and my brothers a terrifying menace and an historical cliché. I want to be reborn in the image of love, that I may embrace this world, this universe.
