Bon Voyage!

Have you ever gone down a rathole
only to emerge in a Universe so infinite
your mind is blown,
your breathing becomes shallow,
and the sole thing you find calming
is a stiff drink,
or one of the many other remedies
humans have concocted
for just such an occasion?

The gift and curse of being human
is to become conscious,
to know with certainty
there is something much greater;
something beyond all comprehension,
which created everything we know
and more than we can ever imagine.

You may discover this rathole on your own.
But one way or another it will find you.
Bon voyage!
Va avec dieu.
