A Call to Relax
...and be present to life.
I’m too quick to blame a long day for my problems, when more often it’s just me who’s not getting the message. Then I’ll take my dog for a walk, and in the trees I’ll hear voices lovingly urging me to relax and be gentler with myself. Afterwards I’m able to allow those most delicate feelings I once refused to acknowledge to spill out over these pages. Slowly I am learning: Even amidst the chaos there is plenty of patience, courage, strength and love for me to rely on.
